| Role description |

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Senior Management with their schedules and communication as well as managing internal projects. You will be responsible to prepare and prioritize incoming correspondence and for managing internal and external communication. You will also be the contact person for other managers in terms of commercial and recruitment topics to be addressed to our Managing Director and as the interface towards HR or Accounting departments. Out of line administrational or organizational projects will also be your responsibility.

| Education & Qualification |

  • You have completed a commercial vocational training and/or a university degree
  • Ideally, you already have experience in the field of team, project or executive assistance
  • You have excellent German and English skills
  • You are experienced in using the MS-Office package, especially Outlook and Excel
  • You have a strong organizational talent and act in a solution-oriented manner
  • You work in a structured and systematic way
  • You are socially competent and have good communication skills

| Role description |

As a Process/Project Manager you will be supporting our clients in projects in the Offshore Wind Industry. Your focus will be the design or optimization of business critical processes around information and documentation flow. You will analyze as-is situations together with stakeholders, analyze or create procedures, facilitate optimization/LEAN workshops and propose and align solutions with management. In the project manager aspect of that role you provide transparent status updates and ensure the proper implementation of proposed changes. Good communication and stakeholder management is a key factor.

| Education & Qualification |

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or technical studies
  • You have several years of professional experience in project management and operational change management or process management
  • You have experience in managing complex improvement projects
  • You have methodological competence in both project management and process management
  • You have excellent German and English skills
  • You have strong analytical, conceptual and organizational skills.
  • You possess a high degree of initiative and enjoy taking on responsibility
  • You are open to new projects and challenges
